- Liu et.al. (2021) from Amgen investigated whether human amylin aggregation is linked with the alterations in cardiomyocyte functions associated with heart failure. An Opitcal Mapping System (OMS-PCIE-2002) was used to measure calcium transient of iPSC-CM after the drug administration.

- Liao et. al. (2021) investigated whether TRPV4 blockade can alleviates atrial remodeling and reduces atrial fibrillation induction in animal model. An Opitcal Mapping System (OMS-PCIE-2002) was used to measure action potential in rat atria after the drug administration.
