Mapping实验可标测心肌组织传导速度及传导不均一性
此案例中,科研工作者发现了术后模型容易引起房颤,但未能在功能上阐述容易引起房颤发生的电生理机制,初次投稿后,被Reviewers要求补做mapping实验。
Mapping实验从电生理功能层面发现术后模型的心房电活动传导速度减慢、传导不均一性增加,这两点都是房颤发生的重要影响因素,强有力的佐证了该手术引起房颤的机理机制。
